Garage Floor Transformation

Why We Decided to Upgrade
A standard concrete floor takes a beating. Between winter salt, oil drips, mud, and everyday foot traffic, ours had seen better days. Sweeping didn't help anymore because the concrete was cracked and pitted.

They use a Decorative Flake System that combines multi-colored vinyl chips with resin to bring depth and interest to floor designs. The chips can be fully broadcast or lightly sprinkled as an accent.

The Installation Process
The crew finished the entire job in just two days. Here is how they pulled it off:
Surface Preparation: They used a heavy-duty industrial grinder to strip the top layer of old concrete, open the pores, and smooth out cracks.
Mending Imperfections: All pits and hairline cracks were filled with a strong mending epoxy so the surface was completely flat.
Base Coat & Flaking: They rolled down a pigmented base coat and broadcast decorative vinyl flakes across the floor for texture and grip.
Clear Topcoat: A thick, UV-resistant clear coat was applied to seal everything in and create a glossy, high-performance finish.
The Final Result
Stepping into the garage now feels like entering a brand-new room of the house. Spills wipe up easily and sweeping takes seconds. Best of all, the room feels brighter and cleaner.
